Content Policy
This Content Policy applies to anything you generate, edit, upload, publish, or share with Linocut, including images, videos, audio, text, prompts, templates, workflow inputs, and AI outputs.
Linocut must not be used:
- In any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations at the national, federal, state, local, or international level.
- With the intent to exploit, harm, or engage in any activities that could harm minors.
- To generate or spread false information or content with the intention of harming others.
- To generate or distribute personally identifiable information that can be used to harm individuals.
- To defame, disparage, or harass others.
- For fully automated decision-making that negatively impacts an individual's legal rights or creates binding obligations.
- For any use that discriminates against or harms individuals or groups based on their online or offline behavior or personal characteristics.
- To exploit vulnerabilities of specific groups based on age, social, physical, or mental characteristics, resulting in physical or psychological harm.
- For any use that discriminates against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics or categories.
- To provide medical advice or interpret medical results.
- To generate or disseminate information for the administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration, or asylum processes, such as predicting fraudulent or criminal behavior based on text profiling or arbitrary targeting.
Prohibited sexual and exploitative content
You may not generate, edit, upload, publish, or share:
- Pornography, explicit sexual content, adult sexual gratification content, sexual services, adult escort or paid companionship content, or explicit nudity.
- Any sexualized, nude, exploitative, or abusive content involving minors or people who appear to be minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or attempts to reveal, create, or infer private intimate images.
Rights, consent, and misleading content
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for your use.
- You must own or have obtained all rights, licences, consents, and permissions required for uploaded images, source materials, prompts, references, and outputs.
- Do not use Linocut to infringe or misuse brands, trade marks, copyrighted characters, film, television, animation, game IP, artist styles, protected works, or other people's creative material without authorization.
- Do not use a real person's likeness, voice, private image, intimate image, or other identifying features without consent, especially in a way that could mislead, harass, impersonate, defame, or harm them.
- Do not create misleading deepfakes, forged documents, fake IDs, scams, fraud, evasion of regulated systems, or content intended to deceive people about identity, authorship, evidence, endorsement, or events.
- Do not create illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, extremist, or unlawful violent content.
Review and enforcement
Linocut may use automated systems and human review to evaluate inputs, uploads, generated outputs, publicly published content, and account activity for safety, legal compliance, and abuse prevention.
- Requests that appear to violate this policy may be refused or blocked.
- Content, workflows, templates, or public posts that violate this policy may be removed, restricted, or made unavailable.
- Accounts may be limited, suspended, or banned for serious, repeated, or evasive violations.
- Where appropriate, task credits may be restored or returned when a request is refused or removed during policy review.
Copyright complaints and takedown requests
If you believe content on Linocut infringes your copyright, trade mark, publicity, privacy, or other rights, contact us at [email protected]. Please include enough information for us to identify the content, understand your rights claim, and contact you about the request. We will review reported content and may remove, restrict, or disable access to it.
